How do I place my order?
To place an order:
- Finish adding items to your shopping cart.
- You may choose to process through our website checkout or through PayPal.
- If you wish to continue through our website checkout, click on the “Checkout” green button located on the right side of the screen.
- If you wish to continue through PayPal, click on the PayPal button.
- You will be transferred to our Customer Information page. You will be prompted to enter your:
- Email address
- Name
- Address
- If you have a valid discount code, enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Make sure to click on the "Apply" button to have your discount calculated and applied to your order.
- Continue by clicking the “Continue to Shipping Method” button. Verify that the delivery address is correct (if different from your billing address). Once everything is completed, click on “Continue to Payment Method.”
- You will need to enter your payment details. You have the option to indicate that the shipping and billing details are the same if applicable.
- After completing the form, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will be brought to a screen that provides an order summary and an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation via email.

What if there are items missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?
For missing or wrongly shipped items, please contact us at support@leryos.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (Order #) and a proof (image file size should be below 1MB). We will be more than happy to reship the correct item at no extra cost, and you may keep the incorrectly sent item as a gift from us.
How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.
I would like to change my items ordered. What should I do?
Amending your order is allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day the order was placed. You can contact us via support@leryos.com to request changes.
How do I add items to my cart?
To add items to your cart:
- Navigate to the page of the item you are interested in and choose your preferences.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button, and you will be directed to your "Shopping Cart" page.
- Enter the quantity of the item you wish to order. After adding the desired quantity, you can continue shopping or complete your order.
How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
To view the contents of your cart, click on the Cart icon located at the top of the website page. You can easily change the quantity of any item or delete it by using the “Remove” link.
How do I remove items from my cart?
Click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your screen to view all items. Click the “Remove” link under the item you wish to delete, and the page will refresh automatically.
How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?
Click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your screen to view all items in your cart. Adjust the quantity by typing in the desired number in the “Quantity” field.

How do I make payments using PayPal?
Once you have finished adding items to your cart, click on the “PayPal” button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment.
How do I use a discount code?
- Add items to your cart and click "Checkout."
- Enter the required information on the Customer Information page.
- Enter the discount code in the "Discount" field and click "Apply." Make sure to check if the discount has been applied.

What is your cancellation policy?
